Political Fund Report "Business as usual"

The NEC met on 10 February, and approved the Report on the Political Fund to be presented to Conference in June. It says nothing new, and doesn't even go as far as Prentis did in June last year, calling for cuts in Labour Party funding if the election manifesto doesn't have substantial elements of UNISON policy in it. So the dwindling minority of APF payers will still call the shots, unless Conference stops them in June!
